These spaces are available under our serviced office agreement. At CSO Carlton, our goal is to help businesses customise an office solution that caters to their specific administrative and executive service needs. To ensure that each individual and business achieves a cost-effective solution, CSO Carlton supports our tenants with a standard universal service offering, and allows clients to tailor any further services to meet their needs as required.
Included in each of our serviced office agreements are;
- A dedicated receptionist, on site, 9am – 4pm, who will:
- Greet your colleagues or customers
- Receive your deliveries – mail, parcels, etc
- Arrange taxis, couriers, etc
- Book travel, accommodation, restaurants and meetings
- 24/7 security access
- NBN high speed internet (Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet)
- Colour printer / scanner
- Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, milk etc
- All service costs included ie. cleaning, electricity, heating and cooling
Tailored Administrative Support
Take advantage of our additional service capabilities with these services offered on a fee schedule:
- Desk phone (landline) with dedicated phone number and message bank
- we can provide a tailored and personal answering and message service where calls are answered, by our on-site receptionist, in your company’s name and detailed messages are relayed directly to you via email or SMS.
- Additional phone lines.
- Pay as you need office services including word processing, presentation preparation and printing, document scanning.
- Additional ergonomic furniture (shelving, stand-up desks, whiteboards, small meeting tables).
- Catering services from local eateries and cafés.
