Public transport?

Options aplenty!
We’re inside a 3-minute walk to the Swanston Street/Lincoln Square Tram Stop, serviced by routes 1, 3, 5, 6,16 ,64 ,67, and 72 trams. Travel just 3 stops along Swanston St, or continue a further 10 minutes on your walk, and you’ll arrive at Melbourne Central and the City Loop.

Car Parking?

Prefer to drive yourself in? We have both casual and permanent off-street car parking available for our tenants. Reservations are available for daily or monthly rates, although spaces are limited. Further multi-storey car parks are located just 100m from CSO Carlton, currently priced at $13/day.
Hosting visitors? Cardigan Street is never short of on-street parking availability. Guests may park for up to 2hrs, ticketed at approximately $3.50/hour.

Pricing?

We work with you to tailor the most advantageous office solution for your business. Each of our serviced offices are available at a monthly fee that includes;
– 24/7 security access via your own key(s)
– NBN fast connection (Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet)
– Colour printer / scanner
– Physical business address
– Fully equipped Kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, milk etc
– All service costs included ie. cleaning, electricity, heating and cooling
We are then able to customise additional and enhanced services to create the most cost-efficient services package for your individual needs.

Length of Tenancy Agreement?

We have one month minimum leases available for each of our serviced offices, while the use of our co-working space is available at hourly or daily rates.

Gym facilities?

Unfortunately, CSO Carlton does not boast onsite gym or fitness facilities. Fortunately, the convenience of of our location means the popular Melbourne City Baths are 2 tram stops, or a 10minute walk away.
